P.C.:- 1) Present Application filed under Section 482 of Cr. P .C. for lodgment of crime against the prospective accused, on the basis of Complaint dated 7th December 2021 filed with the concerned police Authorities is legally not tenable and according to us is misconceived. 2) Record indicates that, the police after conducting preliminary inquiry have already informed the Applicant that, dispute stated in the said Complaint is of civil nature and she was directed to approach Civil Court for redressal of her grievance.

3) Application is accordingly dismissed.
