At the outset, learned APP on instructions from Mr. S. B. Sonawane, PSI, submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, Police have submitted charge-sheet on 8th May 2023 in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 44th Court, Andheri, Mumbai and the same has been numbered as C.C.No.1306/PW/2023.

In view thereof, Petitioners are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.PC.
