The parties were referred for mediation and the report of mediation, forwarded by Ms.Manisha Jagtap, is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation.

It is reported that the mediation is successful and the applicant and the complainant have agreed to strengthen their relationship and continue to lead their life as family. The parties, who are present in the Court, have also made categorical statement that since last one month, they are M.M.Salgaonkar

This Court would like to place on record the appreciation for Ms.Manisha Jagtap, who has successfully mediated between the parties. The words of appreciation shall be communicated to the learned Mediator.

: ORDER :

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.I142 of 2022 registered with Mira Road Police Station, applicant-Pawan Laxmi Gopal Singh shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Offcer and shall not tamper with evidence.
