By a separate order passed today the order dated 12 March 2014 of this Court has been recalled and the Petition stands revived. The learned Counsel for the parties state that the parties are agreed to the appointment of Shri G.L. Edke, District and Sessions Judge, (Retd.), Kalyan, as the sole Arbitrator, In the circumstances, the following order is passed : i) Shri G.L. Edke, District and Sessions Judge, (Retd.) Kalyan, First Floor, Sudanshu Chambers, Station Road, Opp. Kalyan Railway Station, Kalyan (W), is appointed Waghmare

12 ARP.31.09.doc as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties under the Prevention and Conciliation Act 1996.

ii) Registry shall communicate a copy of this order to Shri G.L. Edke along with a memorandum of address of the parties.

iii) All contentions are kept open.
