The applicant, mother-in-law of deceased is impleaded as accused in Crime No.243 of 2022 registered on 11th April, 2022, as deceased, her daughter-in-law committed suicide.

This Court having regard to the claim put forth has already granted ad-interim protection on 4th May, 2022.

The applicant is a senior citizen.

As the investigation is completed, learned APP informs that custodial interrogation is not required. That BGP.

being so, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 5.

In the event of arrest, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

7.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Ofocer as and when directed.

8.

The application as such stands disposed of.
