That, by an Order dated 19th December 2023 the Competent Authority has directed the Petitioner to be transferred to Ratnagiri District Open Prison, Ratnagiri with immediate effect. 2) In view of the above, the prayers in the Petition are meted out. 3) Petition is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms.
