The petitions are pending since the year 2016. Both the parties, agreed for expedite hearing of all these petitions filed by them. Hence, I pass following order:- Order a.

The Marriage petitions and applications therein filed by petitioner and respondents which are pending before the Family Court, Bandra be decided as early as possible except any applications relating to access of child and MA No. 141 of 2019.
