This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. After arguing for sometime, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application as the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial of the applicant is expedited having regard to the fact, that the applicant is in custody for about three years. 3.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
