Petitioner has already filed a Securitisation Application before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. Learned Counsel for the Respondents states that possession of the Secured Assets is already taken over. It is always open to the Petitioner to apply before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal against the order of the Debt Recovery Tribunal and seek reliefs as may be permissible in law and facts. 2.

Keeping all contentions of the parties open, in case the Petitioner approaches the Appellate Tribunal, Writ Petition is disposed of.
