1] At the outset, the learned AGP raised a preliminary objection that, against the impugned Order dated 10.6.2015 passed by the Deputy Director, Land Records, Pune in Appeal No.2292 of 2012 an appeal/revision would lie before the Settlement Commission as contemplated under Section 257 of the Land Revenue Code. 2] In view thereof, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal/petition before the Competent Aauthority under Section 257 of the Land Revenue Code.

Leave and liberty granted.
