Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner plaintiff challenges the order dated 24.04.2015 passed by learned Ad-Hoc, District Judge-3, Baramati, Pune in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 18 of 2015 setting aside the temporary injunction granted by Trial Court in favour of plaintiff by order dated 20.03.2015 in Regular Civil Suit No. 6 of 2014.
Both the Counsel submits that trial in Regular Civil Suit No. 6 of 2014 is began. Plaintiff has already filed his affidavit of evidence and cross examination in progress.

a) Both the parties are directed to maintain status quo as of today.
b) Hearing of Regular Civil Suit No. 6 of 2014 is expedited.
c) This Court expects that Trial Court to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No. 6 of 2014 as early as possible, but in any case on or before 30.11.2016. d) Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
e) No order as to costs.
