This is an application for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.2, since deceased, on record. Office remark shows that legal heirs of respondent No.2 are served. None appears on their behalf despite service. No reply is filed opposing the application. For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicants have made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) &(c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Civil Revision Application shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
