The learned counsel for the applicant-husband informs the Court that both the parties have settled the matter and filed the consent terms before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. So also, the D.V. proceedings pending before the learned 44th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Andheri, Mumbai is settled.

Both the parties are present in the Court.

The learned counsel for respondent No.2- wife concedes to the said point. However, a joint request is made by the learned counsel for both the Trupti 1/2

903-revn-263-2016.doc parties that they would like to go to Axis Bank, Andheri, Mumbai as they hold a joint account that is to be closed and the money should be transferred to respondent No.2- wife's account thereafter. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant-husband, after taking instructions from the applicant-husband, concedes and confirms the submissions of the learned counsel for respondent No.2- wife. She submits that pursuant to the order dated 5th May, 2016 passed by this Court in the said Revision Application, the applicant-husband has deposited 50% of the outstanding amount of maintenance. She further submits that the said amount is allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant-husband as he has already paid Rs.20,00,000/- to respondent No.2-wife as a full and final settlement.

The learned counsel for respondent No.2-wife submits that respondent No.2-wife has no objection for withdrawal. 6.

Both the parties are agreed to go to Axis Bank, Andheri, Mumbai either on 23rd January, 2019 or 24th January, 2019 at 1.00 noon. 7.
