We do not find any reason to cause interference in exercise of the extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

It would however be open for Petitioner to tender representation setting forth his grievance to the District Collector and the Collector may, if deemed necessary, direct to conduct investigation and take appropriate measures on consideration of said representation.

With liberty as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
