By this application, the Applicant-Respondent No.1E has sought to delete the names of other legal representatives on the ground that the property is already allotted to him and that the other legal representatives have no right to the property. This question cannot be determined at this stage. Respondent Nos.1A to 1E are brought on record as legal representatives of Respondent No.1. Whether they have right to the property or whether they have relinquished their rights can not be decided at this stage. Hence the application has no merits and is accordingly disposed of.
