By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks restoration of the supply of petroleum products to the Petitioner as per order dated 18th December, 2018 passed by the learned Dispute Resolution Panel in Appeal No.DRP/HPC/RET/0003 of 2018. The learned Advocate appearing for the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) states on instructions that the order dated 18th December, 2018 is accepted by the HPCL and notwithstanding what is stated in the Afdavit in Reply, they shall comply with the same within three weeks from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court on behalf of the HPCL. 2.
