Learned Counsel appearing for the parties have tendered the consent terms duly signed by the parties and their Advocates. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Learned Counsel appearing for the parties submit that the petition may be disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Mr. Nagvekar states that the petitioner is present in the Court. He has

Mr.Shukla states that Vinodkumar S. Garg, D.G.M. Finance & Commercial of the respondent is present in the Court. He has tendered a photo-copy of his PAN card, which is taken on record and marked 'Z' for identification.

Parties admit and confirm the correctness of the consent terms. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the undertakings given by the parties may be accepted.

After perusing the consent terms, I am satisfied that the controversy between the parties is lawfully settled. In view thereof, the petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms and stands withdrawn. Undertakings given by the parties to this Court are accepted. Order accordingly.
