After arguing for some time, when this Court was inclined to reject the bail application, learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. She submitted that considering the sentence that is likely to be awarded in the said case, the trial be expedited. 2.

Considering the quantum of sentence that may be awarded in the said case, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge is requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year, from the date of receipt of this order. If the said trial does 1/2

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
