This is an application to recall order dated 15th February, 2021, passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.729 of 2020.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicant no.1 Vivek Pukhraj Jain has been arrested during the pendency of this application. By order dated 15th February, 2021,

rpa 2/2 13 ia 1588 2021.doc the previous application viz. Anticipatory Bail Application No.729 of 2020, was dismissed for want of prosecution, as none appeared for the applicants. It was also recorded that the interim order granted by this Court in that application was earlier vacated by order dated 5th February, 2021. Application of applicant no.1 is infructuous due to his arrest.

The application was called out in the frst sessions and kept back, as none appeared for the applicant. Even in the second session when the application was called out, none appeared for the applicant. Hence, application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
