In view of the fact that the Petitioner has a remedy by way of approaching the higher authority in the hierarchy mentioned in the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, it is not necessary to entertain the above Petition. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Petition is disposed of.
