The respondent has filed Affidavit sworn on 18th January, 2019 whereby the respondent has no objection for transfer of divorce proceedings being Petition No. A-442 of 2018 from the Family Court, Bandra to the Family Court, Nashik. The copy of the Affidavit is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of.
