Application under Section 25 of Guardian and Wards Act r/w. Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 moved by respondent-wife, was allowed by the trial court; whereby, Appellant was directed to hand over the custody of minor daughter of the Respondent (original applicant). Mr. Joshi Learned counsel for the Respondent -Original Applicant, on instructions, submitted, appeal is rendered infructuous, reason being 'Daughter' has attained majority.
