Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents states that he has no objection for allowing the amendment application. 5.

The amendment is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of amendment be served on the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.
