MONDAY, 6TH JULY, 2015 P.C. :

The learned A.G.P has tendered on record a copy of report submitted by Deputy Director of Land Records, Mulshi. He states that the report will be placed on record in the main Writ Petitions along with an affidavit of the Officer. We accept the said statement. 2.

The issue whether the report is in terms of order of this Court dated 18th November, 2014 will have to be considered in the main writ petitions. If it is found that breach has been committed of the said order by the concerned Officer, appropriate directions can be always issued in the main writ petitions.

Therefore, by accepting the statement made by the learns A.G.P, the application is disposed of. However, all contentions of the parties are kept open.

We direct that the writ petitions along with connected writ petitions shall be placed for admission on 3rd August, 2015 in the category of fresh matters. In the meanwhile, parties are free to file objections to the report submitted by the Survey Officer.
