Learned counsel for the applicant Nos.1A, 1B, 1C and 1D states that she has instruction to appear on behalf of legal heirs of appellant Shri Jagannath Ramchandra Raut i.e. 1A to 1D and she will be filing her vakalatnama within a period of two weeks from today. The appellant died on 23.12.2009 and his death certificate is annexed.
