Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

He submits that he will deposit 50% of the amount within a period of eight weeks from today and remaining 50% of the amount within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

Subject to this condition of depositing the said amount within the stipulated period, the stay application is granted to the execution of the Award passed by the Trial Court.
