Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned APP. for respondent State. Investigating Officer is present. On instructions of Investigating officer, learned APP. submits that trial Court has granted interim bail to applicant for 18.4.2019 only to attend his daughter's marriage on that day; though he had prayed for interim bail for three weeks. support of this application, applicant has placed on record marriage invitation card of his daughter's marriage which reveals that marriage functions are from 17.4.2019 to 18.4.2019 and marriage is on 18.4.2019 at 12.26 noon. In that view of the matter, applicant prays for bail from 17.4.2019 to 19.4.2019 to enable him to attend his daughter's wedding as applicant's wife is no more alive. Considering the facts as aforesaid, application is allowed by imposing suitable conditions as per following order.
ORDER
a) Applicant is granted interim bail for a period of three days from 17.4.2019 to 19.4.2019.
b) Applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and on his furnishing cash security of Rs.50,000/- for the period of three days of 17.4.2019 from 10.30 a.m. to 19.4.2019 till 5.30p.m. to attend marriage function of his daughter to be held at Police Lawns, Police Head Quarter, Opp. New Arts College, Ahmednagar.
c) While on bail applicant shall be under requisite police escort, in Page-2/3
civil dress. Applicant shall bear expenses for escort from 17.4.2019 to 19.4.2019.
d) Applicant shall surrender himself to Nashik Central Prison on 19.4.2019 before 5.30 p.m.
e) Parties to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by Sheristedar of this Court.
