Petitioner has stated that, he is HIV positive patient and his case may be considered on humanitarian grounds. He has also annexed a certificate issued by the then Medical Officer, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik indicating that, the Petitioner is a known case of HIV disease and is registered at ART Center, Civil Hospital, Nashik. 2.

In view thereof, the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, is hereby directed to provide necessary medical help to the Petitioner as adviced by the Chief Medical Officer and as per his medical condition. 3.
