Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and respondent No.1 as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State.

Although the contentions raised in the petition seeking to challenge action taken by the Collector to execute the Orders passed under Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961, it is admitted by the petitioner that he has moved a revision application before the Divisional Joint Registrar, CoGaikwad RD 1/2

(5)WPNo.55862019.doc operative Societies, Pune Division, Pune. The said application is yet to be numbered since there is delay in filing the said revision application for which Miscellaneous Application No.94 of 2017 seeking condonation of delay is filed.

Upon considering the submissions so advanced and after perusing the application, we are of the considered view that ends of justice would be served if directions are issued to the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune Division, Pune to dispose of the said revision application expeditiously preferably within a period of six months.

Accordingly, we refrain from entertaining the writ petition and the same stands disposed of.
