In furtherance of the order dated 19/08/2022, it is informed that the persons named in the statement of the victim girl, recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., are now arraigned as an accused. Out of them, one Urmila Chotelal Vishwakarma has been arrested. A specifc statement on behalf of the Investigating Offcer is also made that two other M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 36 BA-954-20.doc persons, whose names were found to be mentioned in the statement of the victim girl, are also arraigned as an accused and he is in the process of tracing out their whereabouts and if necessary, they will be arrested for the purposes of investigation.

The letter dated 25/08/2022, addressed to the learned A.P.P., in form of compliance is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation.

In the wake of the above, no further orders are necessary.
