On 22 nd January, 2014 this Court (Coram : Anoop V. Mohta, as he then was and A.A.Sayed, JJ) passed the following order : "Heard finally by consent.

2. The Petitioner's application/representation/complaint dated 16.

01.2013 is still pending for decision. Therefore, without observing anything on the merits of the matter, including about the pendency of the civil suit, Respondent No.1 Corporation to decide the representation in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within eight weeks from today. All points are kept open. The Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The grievance of the Petitioner in the above Contempt Petition is that the SSP 1/2

910 cp 140 of 2015.doc Corporation has not decided the representation dated 16-01-2013 filed by the Petitioner till date. We have heard the learned Advocates for the parties and the following order is passed :

(i) The representation dated 16-01-2013 filed by the Petitioner shall be decided by the Respondent Corporation within a period of four weeks from today. If the said representation is already decided, a copy of the order shall be forthwith forwarded to the Petitioner as well as his Advocate. (ii)The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
