Heard learned counsel on civil application. Learned counsel for Applicant submits that the writ petition is fully covered by a judgment of Division Bench of this Court. He further states that the Applicant/Petitioner is a senior citizen. On these two grounds, he seeks early hearing of writ petition.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we allow the civil application seeking early hearing of the writ petition. List the writ petition for final hearing on 24th April 2017.
