Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned APP. Investigating Officer is present.

This Court as per the order dated 9th December, 2022 passed in ABA No.3423 of 2022 was pleased to direct the Applicant to attend the Police Station initially on 20th and 21st December, 2022 and thereafter, once in a month on every Monday. Now, he wants relaxation as he is residing in the State of Bengal and instead, he undertakes to give attendance to nearest Police Station in the State of West Bengal.

When asked, learned APP submitted that a charge-sheet is Satish Sangar 1/2
14-IA-1497-2023.doc ready and they will be filing charge-sheet in this month. 4.
Hence, following modification is ordered :-
ORDER
(i) Let this Applicant to attend the Kashimira Police Station on 10th July, 2023 of this month and then attend on first Monday of every month in the nearest Police Station of State of West Bengal and if directed by the trial Court, to produce entries of attendance. (ii) Let it be done for a period of one year from today. 5.
All the parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 6.
