On 8th June 2023, the following order came to be passed:- "1. Counsel states that Advocate on record has returned the file way back in 2016 and there has been no instructions thereafter.

Stand over to 15.06.2023 for 'Dismissal'.

Mr. Mutha states that by Saturday, i.e. 10.06.2023, they shall communicate to petitioner that this petition shall be listed on 15.06.2023 for dismissal."

On 15th June 2023, the following order came to be passed:- "1. Further to the order dated 8th June 2023 Mr. Mutha states that a communication was addressed Ashvini Kakde

2 9-wp-4206-2010.doc to petitioner informing petitioner about the order passed and that petitioner should make arrangement to make someone to represent her today. M/s. Nanu Hormasjee & Co., the erstwhile lawyers of petitioner whom we hereby discharge has filed praecipe date 12th June 2023 annexing thereto copies of the communication addressed and proof of dispatch and delivery. Mr. Mutha states that on or about 10th June 2023, petitioner telephoned to him and informed him that she will be making arrangement for someone to appear today. Nobody has appeared for Petitioner.

Stand over to 22nd June 2023 for dismissal as last chance."

Even today nobody is present for Petitioner. Petition therefore dismissed.
