P.C.:- Present Petition is filed against purely an interlocutory Order dated 1st November, 2014 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 51st Court, Kurla, Mumbai below Exh-1 in C.C. No.213/DV/14. The said Order has been confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai in Criminal Appeal No.1031 of 2014 by its Judgment and Order dated 22nd January, 2015.

Mr. Giri, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of the present Petition, the Trial Court has decided the said complaint No.213/DV/2014 in favour of the Petitioner herein. In view thereof, present Petition impugning the interlocutory Order dated 1st November, 20214 does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
