Heard. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that forged documents in respect of surrender of tenancy, were produced by the Applicants (third party) in Chamber Summons No.6 of 2014 in Suit No.2757 of 2011 (M/s.Nisarg Viniyog and Properties Pvt.Ltd. in the matter between Jayanti Narayan Poojary and others Vs. Devendra Rao). 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the said Chamber Summons has been withdrawn. The Petitioner's plea is that as the forged documents were produced in the judicial proceedings before this Court, appropriate action is required to be taken in accordance with law.

In view of provisions of Sections 195 and 340 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Petitioner may take appropriate steps. We do not express any opinion in that regard. The petition stands disposed of.
