P.C. :- P.C. :- The principal relief, sought in the above Petition, is the direction to the police to conduct thorough enquiry in respect of the complaint dated 2.5.2014 made by the Petitioner. The learned APP on instructions of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vasai Division, Palghar, Shri Anil Akade, makes a statement that already an enquiry has been conducted into the grievances made by the Petitioner which are now reflected in the complaint dated 2.5.2014. However, the learned APP states that the present incumbent is not Shivgan

He, however, further states that notwithstanding the earlier enquiry, a fresh enquiry would be conducted into the grievances made in the complaint dated 2.5.2014 and the outcome of the same would be communicated to the Petitioner within eight weeks from date.
In the light of the above, it is not necessary, to keep the above Criminal Petition pending and the same to accordingly stand disposed of.
