The learned counsel appearing for the second Respondent - Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, on instructions, states that the second Respondent has decided to withdraw the impugned notices dated 20th April, 2015. He, however, submits that the Municipal Corporation be permitted to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

Accordingly, we accept the statements made by the learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation, on instructions, that the impugned notices dated 20th April, 2015 stand withdrawn. Hence, nothing survives in these two Petitions. We, however, make it clear that it will be open for the Municipal Corporation to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
