1] In pursuance to the earlier order, the learned Sessions Judge, Kalyan has submitted an explanation regarding adjournment granted for framing of charge in Sessions Case No.82/2017. 2] Unfortunately he only deal with the dates after 06.06.2022 when Digitally signed by RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE Date:

2022.08.02 11:08:04 +0530 he was posted in Kalyan and state that he was on medial leave till RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE 08.07.2022.

3] I wanted to assess as to why charge could not be framed in the Sessions case of the year 2017, when the subject incident took place is of the year 2016 and there is long delay in concluding the trial. Unfortunately, explanation given by the learned Judge only post June, 1/2

4] It is informed that charge has been framed. Considering the role attributed to the present applicant in the charge sheet, I expressed my disinclination to release the applicant on bail and therefore, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted.

5] Bail Application is disposed off as withdrawn. 6] However, the learned trial Judge is directed to conclude the trial in Sessions Case no.82/2017 as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of one year from today. [BHARATI DANGRE, J] 2/2
