The only relief that can be granted is direction to the competent Scrutiny Committee to verify and scrutinize the claim of the Petitioner in this Writ Petition as expeditiously as possible and within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 906.wp.4761.14 services of the Petitioner shall not be terminated on the ground of non-furnishing of a caste/tribe validity certificate. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the rival contentions. In the event the Scrutiny Committee's order is adverse to the Petitioner, the same shall not be implemented by the Respondent employer for a period of six weeks from the date of its communication.
