a) The operation and implementation of clause

(5) of the impugned judgment and decree dated 11/02/2013 passed by the 9th Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane in Special Civil Suit No. 257/2011 is stayed till hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal.

1963.13-caf b) The Applicant husband is restrained by an order of injunction from creating any third party right, title and interest in respect of the suit flat No.A-701, "Kailash Vaibhav" Mahalaxmi CHS, Plot No.21, Sector-11, Koparkhairne, New Mumbai, till hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal. c) Liberty granted to the Respondent wife to prefer an appropriate Application for monthly compensation in respect of the suit flat, if she so desires, which will be decided on its own merits. d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
