Heard the learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.

By judgment and award dated 03rd November, 2015 passed by M.A.C.T., Satara in M.A.C.P. No. 4 of 2014, the Claims Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.21,50,000/- with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of the application till its realization. 3.

Ms. Poonam Mital, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited before the Tribunal, the entire amount alongwith the interest accrued as per the award. Statement is accepted.

In the light of said statement, the execution of judgment and award dated 03rd November, 2015 passed by M.A.C.T., Satara in M.A.C.P. No. 4 of 2014 is stayed till the disposal of the appeal. 5.
