wp2304,2309,2310&2311-02.doc Respondent workers in all these petitions have completed the requisite number of days of service with a view to get the benefit of permanency. In the premises, these petitions are disposed of by directing reinstatement of all Respondents with effect from 1 June 1995 as sweepers with continuity of service but without any back wages. The permanency shall be accorded from the date of the award, i.e. 21 December 2001. As for the consequential benefits, the respective periods of service of the Respondents shall be reckoned from the initial dates of appointment. The order shall be implemented within a period of one month from today.
