The notice dated 13th January, 2014 issued to the respondent has returned back in May 2015 with remark "the addressee was not traceable, for want of detail address". Despite several opportunities the applicant has not furnished the correct address of the appilcant. Final opportunity is given to the applicant to furnish the correct address of the respondent within 7 days.

Upon applicant furnishing the correct address, Registry to issue

notice to the respondent, returnable on 12th October, 2015. 3.

In the even applicant fails to furnish the address within stipulated time, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
