The grievance projected in this review petition does not indicate that the parameters of review jurisdiction as conferred by section 114 read with Order 47 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 are satisfied. The review petition is entirely misconceived and it is dismissed. There would be no order as to costs.
