The limited request made by the Advocate for the applicant is that the Trial Court is not deciding even interim relief in the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the nature of power conferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, it is obligatory on the Trial Court to decide at least interim relief in anticipatory bail application as expeditiously as possible. Therefore, the Trial Court shall decide the request/application for interim relief within one week from today.

The anticipatory bail application stands disposed of in above directions.
