By consent the Appeal is disposed of, and the decree dated 27th August 2015 is modified, in the following terms: (a) The Respondents Nos.1 and 2 will by consent withdraw the amount of Rs.11,80,000/- deposited by the Appellants with interest accrued due thereon. (b) The Respondents accept this in full and final satisfaction of the decree.

The Appeal is disposed of in these terms.

In view of disposal of the Appeal, Civil Application No.1395 of 2017 does not survive and also disposed of with no order as to costs.

The Registrar will issue a withdrawal cheque in the amount of Rs.11,80,000/- with accrued interest in the name of the 1st Respondent.
