Learned advocate for applicant in interim application submit that applicant has transferred Rs.25 lakh into the account of complainant on 27-5-2021. It is submitted that the applicant may be granted twelve weeks time to transfer the balance amount of Rs.50 lakh to the complainant. It is submitted that on account of pandemic situation, the applicant could not comply with the order. 2.

Learned APP submitted that sufficient time was granted to the applicant. No further extension be granted to him. 3.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for applicant in interim application, the request of extension of twelve weeks cannot be granted. However, the applicant is permitted to deposit Rs.50 lakh into the account of complainant within a period of four weeks from today. The Interim Application stands disposed of. Interim

2 of 2 8.IA.1451.2021.doc relief granted in Anticipatory Bail Application No.411 of 2020 shall continue for four weeks from today. List the Anticipatory Bail Application on 7-7-2021.
