The learned Counsel for Petitioner hands in copy of Consent Terms filed in Appeal No.675 of 2006 in R.A.E. Suit No.521/1021 of 1998 . The copy is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Clause 18 of the aforesaid Consent Terms reads thus :- "18.In view of the aforesaid Consent Terms, the Respondent No. 1(a) to 1(e) and Respondent No.2 and 3 have agreed not to execute the Decree passed in R.A.E. URS
2 CRA 304-07.doc-248 Suit No.521/1021 of 1998 and R.A.E. & R. Suit No.702/1189 of 2001, against the Appellant as provided in clause 7(B) above the Appellant hereby agree and undertake to withdraw the Civil Revision Application No.304/2007 filed by him against the Respondent No.1(a) to 1(e) and Respondent No.2 in the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay after the execution of Agreement for Permanent Alternate Accommodation and registration thereof."

In view of the aforesaid, the learned Counsel for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application. The Petitioner is present in person before the Court and this motion for withdrawal is made on basis of instructions from the Petitioner. 4.
In view of the same, this Civil Revision Application is permitted to be withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly. (M. S. SONAK, J.) URS
