Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Learned AGP for Respondents No.1 & 2 and learned Senior Advocate for Respondents No. 3 to 6. Learned Senior Advocate for Respondents No. 3 to 6 submits that this Court by order dated 19/05/2021 has granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c). He prays that the Revision pending before Respondent No.1 itself be decided in a time bound manner in which case he would have no objection if the ad-interim granted by this Court is continued till then.

This Court while granting the ad-interim relief had already requested Respondent No.1 to make an endeavour to decide the said Revision and/or stay application. In this view of the matter, considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, Respondent No.1 is requested to decide the Revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from 26/07/2021. Interim order passed by this Court to continue till the disposal of the Revision. The Petitioners as well as Respondents No. 3 to 6 to appear before Respondent No.1 on 26/07/2021 at 3.00 p.m. along with copy of this order when further schedule of hearing may be fxed by Respondent No.1. I have not made any observations on merits of the contentions raised and the Hon'ble Minister to decide Revision uninfluenced by any observations made by me in this order. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, Interim application also stands disposed of.
